Hey There!  I'm a native Floridian and graduate of UCF with over 10 previous years of corporate sales and sales management experience at GE Capital and GE Medical Systems.   I've lived in Atlanta since 1991 and started my career as a Realtor in 2011 with Prudential, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.  My expertise lies in helping my investor clients buy and sell properties in budding markets.  With the goal of building profitable rental portfolios,  I can help you understand what features and improvements will help maximize future rental income OR after renovation valuation (ARV) for a "Fix & Flip".   I love to collaborate with my clients on remodeling and repair decisions to improve the resaleability and net income of each property.  I'm a specialist in 1950-60's era homes that line the perimeter of Atlanta in cities like Decatur, Tucker, Chamblee, and Doraville.   I've been told my follow-up and attention to detail makes the home selling and buying process a breeze for my clients along with my ability to leverage Berkshire's numerous business partners.  I hope you'll let me help you buy or sell your next property OR  invest in a rental home.  Atlanta is being touted as a hot real estate market this year.  Let's get moving!
